Deliver real tickets
Upload tickets or forward the provider email, sort them into Standard and VIP, and send them out.
Step 1: Choose "Real tickets" as the delivery
In the wizard's reward step, Collecting is either code words at the door or real tickets. With tickets, each promoter gets a file by email once their last story is verified.
Step 2: Get the files in
Event → Tickets. Upload PDFs, images or wallet passes (up to 25 MB each, 50 per batch), or forward your ticket provider's email to the event's own inbox address shown on the page. Attachments are picked out and QR codes detected; confirm or reject each candidate.
Step 3: Mark the tier
Every ticket is Standard or VIP. Promoters on a VIP reward receive VIP files; the running count tells you if you are short ("6 tickets for 8 promoters, 2 short").
Step 4: Send
"Send tickets" delivers to everyone who has already finished. Promoters finishing later get theirs automatically as long as tickets are left.
How many per promoter
One ticket per promoter, reserved when their reward is granted. A VIP reward can add standard tickets for their +1s; set the counts in the reward step.
