Collect your reward

Code words at the door, tickets by email, reading your Wallet, and your reward on its night.

Code words

The event screen shows the code card from the moment you are on the roster, but the word itself stays hidden behind a blur until your first story of that gig is live. Once it is, the code reads out in full, such as AMBER-FALCON, with "Say this at the door" and a Copy code button. The organizer has the same list and checks you in once. That is the whole handshake; nothing to print.

Tickets by email

If the organizer chose real tickets, the file (PDF, image or wallet pass) is emailed to your account address the moment your last story is verified. VIP rewards come with VIP files. The email is one of the essentials that always arrive, whatever your notification settings.

The Wallet

Wallet is the third item in the sidebar on the web and the third tab on the phone. It opens on three totals, "Rewards granted", "Waiting on you" and "Story views", and two tabs: Rewards and Stories. The Stories tab is My stories. On the Rewards tab, three counters, Need you, On the way and Settled, say how many rewards sit in each group; tap one to show only that group, and tap it again (or Show all) to see everything. The list sorts by what happens next: Needs you (a story to post, a dispute to answer), Then (waiting on verification or the organizer) and Settled. Each card shows the reward and its event, then the stories that earn it, each with its views and its outcome (Verified, Being checked, Came down early), and an empty "Not posted yet" frame for a story still owed. On the right it says where the reward stands, such as "Post story 3", "Next check", "At the door" or "Received", and when the next step happens. Tap a card to open its night.

A reward has no page of its own: it lives on its night. Open a night from the Wallet or from My nights and, under the event, your stories and the posting controls, "Your reward" shows the pass, "What happened" (a timeline of the reward), your stories with whether each stayed the full window, and the dispute form when one is possible. Links to a reward from emails and notifications forward there. Badges: Received, Ready to claim, In progress, Not given, Disputed, Dispute rejected.
