The door: code words and check-in

How promoters prove their reward at the door, and how you tick them off.

Code words

With "Code words" as the delivery, every promoter whose reward is granted gets a two-word code such as AMBER-FALCON in their app. The event page lists all codes with "Copy all" for a printed door list.

Checking in

  • Open Event → Door on your phone or laptop.
  • Search by name or code; tap "Check in". The counter shows N of M checked in.
  • Each promoter can be checked in once. The promoter gets a "reward redeemed" notification.
