Rewards, explained

Guest list, drink balance or VIP: who sets the reward, what follower bands are, and when it moves.

The three kinds

RewardWhat the promoter getsHow it is collected
Guest listA place on the list at the door, with a +1 if the organizer allows it.Code words at the door, or a real ticket by email.
Drink balanceA fixed amount at the bar, in the event's currency.Code words at the door.
VIPWhatever the organizer describes: backstage, a table, a bottle. Can include standard and VIP tickets.Code words, or VIP ticket files by email.

Parmo does not pay cash and does not move money between organizers and promoters. Older events may still show "Cash" or "Free ticket"; new ones use the three above.

Who sets it

The organizer, when creating the event. It is shown on the event page under "You get" before you request, and it cannot change once a promoter has accepted.

Follower bands

An organizer can grade the reward by audience size: "Under 2,000 followers" gets one thing, "2,000+ followers" another, up to five bands. Your band is read from your connected Instagram at the moment the reward is released. Without a connected account you land in the lowest band.

When it is released

Once every story in the brief has been verified. With auto-release (the default) that happens on its own; otherwise the organizer releases by hand. Then it is yours to collect.
