Dispute a reward
When a reward was withheld or never released, how to dispute it once, and who decides.
Step 1: Open the night and tap "Dispute this"
Open the night (from My nights, or a card in your Wallet) and go to "Your reward". The button appears when the organizer withheld the reward ("Not given") or when every story is verified and nothing was released 72 hours after the last window closed.
Step 2: Say what happened
At least ten characters, and up to six photos: a screen recording frame of the story still up, the Instagram archive with the timestamp, anything that shows it.
Step 3: Send it to the organizer
The organizer sees it on their Rewards page and approves or rejects with a note. If they do not answer within three days, Parmo decides from the same evidence.
The rules
- One dispute per reward. Make it complete.
- A rejected dispute is final; a lost dispute also lowers your score.
- An approved dispute grants the reward as if it had been released on time.
Why a reward is withheld
- Posts incomplete: not every story in the brief went up.
- Deleted early or could not be confirmed: see How Parmo verifies a story.
- Withheld by the organizer: the organizer gave a reason you can read on the reward.
