Release or withhold rewards

Auto-release, "Release all", withholding with a reason, and how disputes come back to you.

Auto-release (default on)

With "Auto-release rewards" ticked in the wizard, a promoter's reward is granted the moment their last story has stayed online for the full window. You do nothing. Turn it off only if you want to look at every story yourself; then Release is the only way a reward moves, and a forgotten event stays unpaid.

Releasing by hand

  • Open the event → Rewards. Each promoter shows verified stories out of stories owed, and what is due.
  • "Release all" grants everyone who completed the brief. It is available once every posting window has closed, and tells those who fell short why.
  • Per promoter you can Release or Withhold. Withholding requires a reason the promoter reads.
  • A granted reward is final; it cannot be taken back.

When a promoter disputes

A withheld reward, or a completed brief with nothing released 72 hours after the last window, can be disputed once. You see the message and photos on the Rewards page and approve or reject with a note. If nobody answers within three days, Parmo settles it. A rejected dispute is final.
