Write the posting brief

Posting days, story media, the mention sticker and auto-posting: what a promoter is asked to do.

What one post holds

  • The date it goes out, on or before the event date. Dates must be unique and not in the past.
  • Every post is a story. Stories are the only format Parmo publishes and checks automatically, so they are the only one a brief can ask for.
  • The media: a 9:16 image, or an MP4 up to 60 seconds. Instagram publishes a story without a caption, so a link, a price or a door time belongs in the media itself. Leave it empty and Parmo posts a story drawn from your card design (an older event with a header image posts that instead).
  • A posting hour for the whole brief, if it matters. Otherwise stories go out at 18:00 UTC.
  • Parmo publishes every story to the promoter's Instagram for them, at that hour, once the promoter has allowed it.
  • A mention sticker so the story tags your brand account.

Several dates

Tap the days on the line of days before the event, or pick a run-up: "Standard run-up", "Heavy week", "Night & eve" or "Night only". One story covers every day by default; "Give this day its own story" gives one day different media. The reward releases once every story in the brief has stayed online for the full window.

When the brief locks

As soon as one promoter has accepted, the posts, how long each story has to stay online and the reward cannot change any more, so nobody signs up for one deal and posts under another. Duplicate the event if you need a different brief.
