Auto-posting and the calendar
Let Parmo post for you at the right time, and move, cancel or re-schedule from the calendar.
When an auto-post goes out
When you join or accept a gig with "Parmo does", each story in the brief is booked on its date. It publishes at the hour the organizer set, or at 18:00 UTC if none was set. You get a notification when it is scheduled and when it posted.
What you can do before it posts
- Post now publishes immediately instead of waiting.
- Change time moves it to another hour on the same day.
- Cancel auto-post takes it off the schedule. The story is still owed; post it yourself from its night in My nights.
- Schedule again puts a cancelled auto-post back.
Reading the calendar
Open the calendar with "Month view" on My nights. It opens on "Next up": the next story Parmo posts for you, with its time and the buttons below. Under it, every event and post is a line with its time and a coloured dot: lime for the event and what Parmo posts for you, amber for what is yours to post, blue once it is posted, red when an auto-post was cancelled or failed. On the web the month sits beside the list; click a day to jump to it. On the phone you flip through weeks and tap a day to jump to it.

- Your Instagram account hit its daily publishing limit.
