Reading your stats

Reach, story views, cost per 1,000 views and which stories never went up.

The dashboard

The Dashboard opens on all your events; the chips under the title narrow it to one event, and 7d, 30d and 90d set the period. It leads with accounts reached and story views for the period (with the change against the period before), delivered stories, and "Live now": how many stories are up right now and the views on them. The reach chart, and the trends under accounts reached and story views, show what the stories had while they were up: each story’s latest count from Instagram holds steady until a new reading comes in, and drops out when the story comes down after 24 hours (or earlier, if it was deleted). The chart marks each event on its day. "Needs you" lists what is waiting on you: requests to answer, stories that never went up or were taken down early, stories still checking and invites nobody answered; each row links to where you deal with it. "Where your promoters got to" is the funnel from invited to verified, "Coming up" shows your next three events with how much of each crew has confirmed, and "Top stories" lists the five stories that reached the most people. Every story, and cost per 1,000 views (CPM: your reward value divided by views), is on each event’s own page. The numbers come from Instagram Insights on each verified story.

On the event page

Each event has a leaderboard of promoters by views and a crew table you can filter by owed, posted or silent, including whether a promoter ever opened the brief.
