Invite promoters and build groups

Invite by name, save the people who worked, and invite a whole group to the next night.

  1. Step 1: Invite from the event page

    Open the event, then "Invite promoters". Search nearby promoters by name, or pick one of your groups to invite everyone in it. An invited promoter sees the invite in My nights and accepts or declines.

  2. Step 2: Save a group

    Under Promoters, create a group (for example "Techno crew") and add people from "Worked with you before" or "Invited by you". Rename, add or remove members any time.

  3. Step 3: Grow the roster with your link

    Your invite link from the Invite page puts anyone who signs up through it into your roster, so they are one click away next time.

The lists under Promoters

  • Worked with you before: everyone with a verified story on one of your events, with their rating and last night.
  • Invited by you: promoters who joined Parmo through your invite link, even if they have not posted for you yet.
  • Groups: your saved sets, each with an "Invite group" action.
