Deleting your account
How to delete, what is removed, what stays anonymised, and the Instagram data-deletion route.
How
Phone: Profile → Email & password → "Delete account". Web: Settings → Account → "Delete account". It deletes your login and your profile: name, handle, Instagram connection, uploads, stored story copies, audience breakdown, open gigs and any reward you have not yet earned. This cannot be undone.
What stays
Gigs you completed, stories that were verified and ratings stay on the organizer's side with your name removed, so their event record still adds up. A reward you already earned (every story on the gig verified) stays: the organizer still owes it, even if they have not handed it over yet. One still in verification lapses, so wait for the last check before deleting. Details in Account and data deletion.
Via Instagram
Removing Parmo under Instagram → Apps and websites disables the connection and cancels queued auto-posts, but keeps your Parmo account. Requesting data deletion there instead gives you a confirmation code and a status page; the connection, synced posts and stats are deleted.
